You might find the answer to that question in the Closing Ceremony to be put on by the British at the end of your Games next week.

I hear that the performers will be African dancers. I hope that you Chinese people will be asking how AFRICAN dancers can represent BRITISH culture?

Too much fuss has been made about the Chinese faking the Opening Ceremony. I hope that you Chinese will make a fuss about the British faking the Closing Ceremony by putting on African dancers!
