Some of the construction companies which built the school facilities should be charged for their fault in the poor quality of buildings crashed down in the earthquake.
We people need to think more about changing such dirty behaviors!
This earthquake is also a big Reminder to all levels of Government to push more measures to prevent such things happening again!
