Say Hello

(spoken)
M-Hey there. How you doing?
W-Hi, my name is Mary.
M-Hi

You may know from what has been said above, there has a song called "say hello" from Rossie Thomas. That was what I wanna to say to the whole lovely guys on Ifgogo today. (Absolutely I'll never mind to sing my favorite song to everyone here, the voice sounding will harsh to your ear. Hah~)

Now let's get dawn to brass tacks:)

My name's Lu Liu, from Hunan Huaihua. I'm a sophomore in Wuhan University of Science and Engineering, the computer science is my speciality what I had taken a real liking to.

As a new author I believe whosover in here all has his/her own personality, that's why AW make the decision to build Ifgogo to collect all the different thought from everyone, everywhere. A great share, is it so?

My personality was more described like a noisy boy. Hah~ I played Counter-Strike more than 6 years since my junior middle school, is it sound strange? I'm not a professional student under the examination-oriented education system of being recognized by myself. That's why I'm here, Wuhan, not in Beijing 2008:(  But I love the place where I lived 2 years at present, too many wonderful memories happenned here.

Any also I like to found what interesting in people's normal life use abnormal mode, you'll be think it's strange behavior and hardly understand ? Okay, I'll show you all in my near summer vacation. Thx for welcome :)

  1. LoL, Counter-strike! I remember when I first started playing CS. This was back when it was still BETA 5.2. During Spring 2000, I managed to play so much that I was ranked #36-38 in the world back then. That was a crazy time and I know for certain now that a lot of players are far better than me even in my best days, especially many Chinese and Korean players.

  2. wow!! CS tough girl! I play CS too, however i always did a not good job on it. My teammates and counters are always the bots, hahah.

    way to go! little sis~

  3. Kai, sorry for I carelessly miswrites common words, and thanks for your correction.

You were ranked #36-38 in the world? I have to worship you as my idol because even I played CS for years but still not in wisdom :(

  4. We are not "Kai"~ Hah, never mind. Same as my passage, game also just for fun.
    And you found?

  5. It's my great pleasure to meet you, a very clever and outspoken girl. You are courageous enough to reveal your personality and interests. Being true to yourself and life, you,I guess, are also sincere towards your friends, whether they are old or new.

To tell you the truth, I used to play CS, which I regarded as a way to kill time and train my recreation ability. Nonetheless, I scarely do it now because I have more important things to deal with. Gone are those days when we could freely chose what we took a fancy to. But memories would be engrossed in our mind, wouldn't they?

We're looking forward to your stories.

  6. It's also my great pleasure to listen your true feeling about my poorly introduce. And I'm positive one 's words reflect one 's think. For that, I am very grateful. Thx~

  7. Hi Lu Liu - I hope to someday visit HuaiHua. My #2 daughter is from there and we will come visit when she is old enough to appreciate it. If you could tell me something interesting about HuaiHua I will be sure to tell her about it. I know there is a Eastern Medicine University there, a statue to General Chenault - who led the Flying Tigers, and that there is a major railroad hub. I've seen photos of the Central Market. What would you want someone to know about your home town?

  8. Lu Liu,

Look forward to hearing more from you! Thank you for blogging in English and sharing about China to the rest of the world. I am in Palo Alto, California. I have been to Wuhan many years ago...

  9. Hi, Chris.
I'm awfully sorry for replying you so late. You were quite know about Huaihua, especially to a statue to General Chenault. As a native of Huaihua I even don't know where the statue is -。-|||

  10. Elliott Ng, I expect you to come back to Wuhan again, not merely about you found that much had changed in the intervening years, but also you have the pleasure of going over the old ground, and recalling both the intellectual scenery and your own earlier self :)

  11. Hi
I'm from Singapore and I've visited Jinan for Wushu Training...
    I think China is a great place...XD

  12. Nice girl... ^^
I merely see girls play CS, hoho. But a regular pattern is always right that if a girl plays CS, she always plays quite well. LOL ^^

I also play Warcraft III but just a beginner, hah.

    Nice to meet you!

  13. Hi, Lu, late greetings from lisa here, anyway, "The last is the best", hehe...

You let me recall a lot of fun in my childhood, though there was no computer at all. We girls also forgot our genders while run like rabbits on the grass... However, that was at those time when Mao Zedong called out all women to learn from a Russian mother(who even had 6 babies and got an honor of Hero Mother), so that most parents in last 50s had too many kids to look after well.

Since we executed the policy of population control, most urban parents have only one kid in one family and so, the only girl might grow as a boy, while the only boy like a girl.. Not bad!

I really admire you young girl can be good at computer and its games. My son was also very good on playing CS. I was quite annoyed when I woke at 3am and saw he was still sitting there playing with green eyes and crazy yells.... Thank God, he is now in Australia with a Master degree...

Hope you can contribute a great deal onto ifgogo!
